Jarrett & Lacey Carr

Hello! We are Jarrett and Lacey Carr-- potential staffers hoping to join the ranch in Fall 2026. We bring with us the two youngest (Selah and Judson) of our four children.  In 2021, we stumbled upon the Flying H Youth Ranch website as we desperately scoured the internet for any place that could help us in our attempt to save our oldest son and family.  We were going through a truly terrible time dealing with our son’s extremely difficult behavior.  We had spent years talking to counselors, therapists, psychiatrist and anyone who could extend help to us.  We got to a point where we knew we needed something more.  More help, more support, more hope, more people pouring the love of God into our son. 

From the minute we called and got information about the ranch and shared a bit of our story with the staff, we knew we found that place in the Flying H Youth Ranch! In having our son at the ranch, we knew he was safe, loved, supported, challenged to live a better life, and shown grace through his struggles.

We bring to the ranch our experience in education, working with youth, our love for Jesus and our passion for seeing lives transformed.  Jarrett has worked in education for over 17 years, mostly with at risk youth and incarcerated adults.  Lacey has taught middle school math for over 20 years. We trust that God will use our experiences from both in the home, and in the classroom, to impact the lives of the ranch boys and their families.  We are so excited to join the ministry!
