Adam & Holly Albright

The Albright’s story is quite unique in that they served at the Ranch in the past, and have now been called by God to return. 

Holly spent her whole childhood at the Ranch. Her parents faithfully served for 18 years and planted many seeds, which are still bearing fruit today. One of those seeds was Holly’s passion for ministry, which in many ways has mirrored that of her parents. 

Adam grew up in the church and felt a calling into ministry very early in life. He was involved in virtually every aspect of church service from janitorial to worship and children’s ministry. He found an early love for helping youth find God and grow in their relationships with Christ.

In 2001, Adam and Holly met on Whidbey Island at the church in which Adam and his family were heavily involved. They married in 2002 and continued serving in this church as youth and worship leaders for the next 6 years. In 2011 they received God’s call to return to where Holly grew up - the Flying H Youth Ranch. 

The Albright Family served for more than 6 years at the Ranch until 2017. By this time they were parents of 5 children. They stepped away from the Ranch to receive pastoral training from two Bible colleges in Oklahoma. After that, they returned to Washington and served seven years as Associate, Worship and Senior Pastors. 

Now living in Ohio; in the Summer of 2025, there was a shift in their hearts that a change of assignments was coming. In March 2026, it became clear to them that God was calling them back to the Flying H Youth Ranch. After praying it through, they were thrilled to receive many spiritual confirmations from friends and co-laborers at the church Adam was pastoring, and the plan moved forward.

Once they arrive at the Flying H, Adam will be heading up the department of Youth Services, which blends his desire to work closely with the boys and their families, and his passion for the outdoors. Holly will be by Adam’s side, faithfully committed to intercession for him and their family and ministry. She will be regularly cooking for the boys and staff, and helping Adam in guidance and mentorship of the boys assigned to them, as well as homeschooling their children.

Adam and Holly both have a passion for discipleship and maturing in the Lord and are excited to use the training they have acquired in the years they’ve been away. It is an honor and privilege for them to uphold the current leadership and return to be part of what God is doing at the Flying H Youth Ranch.
